amazing stay!
attentive staff amazing food clean beach
The staff was attentive and friendly. the kids program kept my children happy every night. chef slyvio and fernanda prepared special gluten-free meals daily for my son. This was AMAZING!!! the beach is a short three-minute walk away, very clean and with fine sand.
The hill to the hotel is steep. It may not suit guests with mobility issues.

the staff in all areas were really helpful and friendly. nadia at reception gave lots of helpful information on local attractions. the housekeeping service cleaned the rooms every day with attention to detail.

fabulous stay!
varied dinner strong wi-fi regular cleaning efficient cleaning
the hotel location is great. it is about 10 minutes walking to palmanova beach. the pool area was a hit with us. the dinners were very varied and delicious. the wi-fi signal was strong, even on the sixth floor. the room cleaning was regular and efficient.

the dining area offered a varied selection, including desserts and an ice cream machine, we found something new to try each day. fruits and even frozen juice were available. it was refreshing.

the hotel features adult and kids pools, a plus, and our children loved them. the pool bar offered a place to relax in the evenings. there was beautiful sea view from the balcony.

broken door disappointing view
The room was not what I expected. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken. This meant there was little privacy when using the facilities.. the view from the room was disappointing, as it overlooked the roof of a service area and some air conditioning units. I sometimes smelled fried food and heard noise from the units when the windows were open.

quick access amazing view late check-out
the location offers quick access to beaches shops and restaurants the views from the hotel were amazing i found the sea view room provided relaxing wave sounds. i appreciated the late check-out option.
the hill leading to the hotel might pose a slight challenge for some guests.

poor soundproofing unfriendly receptionist
The noise levels really got to me. there was noise at night on my floor, and i found it hard to sleep. The soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear the tv from the next room and corridor sounds. it was annoying. also, i booked a sea view, but my window faced an industrial roof with a very loud air conditioner constantly making noise. the woman at reception wasn't friendly either.

charming seaside escape
fun surprise complimentary kayaking easy meals
The included archery was such a fun surprise. i also enjoyed the kayaking. It was nice that both were complimentary. half board worked very well for me and made meals easy.
the hill to walk back to the hotel was unexpectedly steep.

this location provided beautiful views overlooking the sea. i found bars and restaurants within a short walk in the bay. the beach was also easily accessible and very beautiful. the sea was clear.
